Ghost Hunters Apparition Caught on Tape

I think this bit of ghost footage is from Ghost Hunters, we don't get that show down here, not on free to air T.V anyway.

The footage below reminds a lot of the prison ghost video, I think that was from the same show, could be wrong there.

The video shows a dark figure moving across the view over a table or something, pretty cool ghost video, can't really say much more, enjoy.

Diet Pills - SP

What do diet pills do? I have no idea, maybe they help one loose wait but how do they do it.

I guess that if they go along with healthy eating and regular exercise they can help, just that extra little boost.

I guess that if you want to loose weight that little extra help would be good, I know it's hard to do when you go it alone and with the food that is on offer in this day and age well we could all use some help, maybe a little natural help if you know what I mean.

The Michigan Dog Man

This is the first time I've come across the Michigan Dog Man, saw the video bellow and found it pretty interesting so decided to do a little research, not much mind you.

The Michigan Dog Man wiki goes into the history a little but for the most part talks about a song that was inspired by the the legend called funnily enough "The Legend". The video known as The Gable Film points to this site The Legend of Michigan's Dogman which along with some information is selling a 2-disc set of the song with extras.

This is where I get a little confused, it seems the video below has been taken off of youtube quite a bit, something to do with copyright and from some of the discussions I've read there seems to be some different footage that gets taken down also.

It's kind of hard to track any solid info down about the vid, as the "origin is not entirely known", as far as I can tell it's promotion for the box set, but it's pretty cool anyhow.

The video looks old school and they point those facts out in the video, the cool stuff happens at the end when the camera is close to the creature, to me it looked like a man on all fours, but when it gets its stride going looks more like an animal, kind of like a gorilla or a dog with added hair? the video ends in a Blair Witch moment.

I have a feeling I've seen the video before, but I can't be sure, probably do more research on the subject, kind of reminds me of the Mothman stories.

Update: A search for Mindstage Productions brings up very little and a search for Blue Moon Studios brings up some pretty random results and I can't be sure of any that are related to the video.

My Paranormal Life's 300th post

This will be my 300th post here at MPL, doesn't seem like long ago that I realised I had past the 200 post mark and didn't do anything for that. 300 hundred seems like a lot, I think I've written more with my own drive than I ever did throughout all my school years, I was a pretty distracted student.

There's a few moments I find memorable since my 100th post, one was viewing and posting about Zeitgeist the movie, the comments left on that particular post are so long and involved that I have a hard time understanding what the commenter's are talking about, that coupled with the information in the movie itself has lead me on a journey to know more about ancient history and it's very interesting and even shocking at times.

Another thing was the whole Chad Drone thing which seems to have died off now, be it a hoax or something from another world it was one of the most interesting paranormal things going at the time.

One last thing was the Haiti Videos, that whole thing was huge, totally fake though, but still leaves its mark when it comes to any new video footage, people seem to doubt new footage based on the Haiti videos being so good, yet fake.

It seems to me that the Paranormal blogging community has grown very large, I'm always coming across new blogs all the time and a lot of my old favorites are still going strong and some have even started up again.

Dustin has started posting again at his blog Odd Things, used to be one of my daily checks and I'm glad he's back, I love reading what he has to say.

Bob's blog Blackholes and Astrostuff is one of my new favorites, always has something interesting to read about, space, planets, the moon, great stuff.

Another of my daily visits is Aura's Encounters With The Unexplained, Aura's blog inspires me with great ideas and new things to explore along with some cool and creepy stories. I always seem to find things there I hadn't heard of before.

I can't forget Lesley's blog The Debris Field a great resource for a lot of the latest information related to the Paranormal and UFOs, Lesley's blog seems to bring a lot of paranormal bloggers together, I go there daily to catch up on what's going on.

I'm also enjoying these bloggers blogs who also regularly comment here, Bill's blog Strange and Cool which has interesting info about various strange tech and free energy solutions. Andrea's blog Ghost Stories which I think was one of the first ever paranormal blogs that I ever read. Jake of all Trades is another I go to from time to time, some great photos to check out there, steampunk styles.

O.k so the problem with shout-outs is that I know I would have forgotten people, I'll probably realize later, but that will give me something else to post about.

So where to from here, nothing special, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing, no big plans, keeps me grounded. Then again I do have some big plans but they're way way way way off, island time is what I live by. Anyway thanks to all the people who take the time to comment and thanks to everyone who visits my blog, it's what keeps me going.

Billet Grilles - SP

As far as I can tell billet grilles are mods for a car, they attach to the front grill section.

I've never really seen them around before and there's a huge car mod culture down here in New Zealand so I'm not to sure what to make of these grilles, it looks like there's a huge range of grilles to choose from for most cars and some of them do look pretty nice.

I don't have a car myself but I'm sure some of my friends would probably want to check this out.

Pretty cool reality style... something? Couple vids showing some strange creature, looks fake, probably is, but it's done nicely.

I wonder what kind of show it's from, would be nice to know.

The creature to me looks like a Raptor jumping on buildings.

Online Clothing Store - SP

How could I use an online clothing store, not to sure, I don't really like Malls, so the convenience of buying my clothes sitting right here at my computer could be a bonus.

Judging if an item of clothing would fit me could be an issue, but I guess if it doesn't I could just exchange it.

I guess being able to avoid the Malls would be he major bonus, I don't really have any money anyway.

There's been quite a few video like this going around, I haven't really been keeping track of it all, this video is pretty new and I'm finding it hard to judge the scale of things, in the first moments of the video below you'll see something break the waters surface and It looks pretty tiny really, the wake created looks like it's moving to fast to be anything other than small.

New UFO footage from Lake Erie

Michael Lee Hill has some new and pretty amazing UFO footage, shot over Lake Erie and much like his previous footage which has been seen on Fox News, CBS and many major paranormal websites, Michael's previous footage has also appeared in UFO's Unplugged with Dan Aykroyd and David Sereda's film "From Here to Andromeda".

His latest footage seems a lot like his previous footage and a few of the arguments trying to debunk that film was that they were of cop cars on hills, maybe his latest will throw that theory out the window.

I think they're some great new UFO videos, though what I really would like to see is some daytime footage of Lake Erie, I have no idea what lays in the darkness.

UFOs over the Lunar Eclipse

The image above was inspired by a photo taken that had a strange line of lights just above the moon, the following is a link to the real photo of the lunar eclipse, sent in by your average Joe taking pictures of the event, I didn't notice anything unusual when I was watching the eclipse, but hey half the world could see it at different times.

I find it hard to analyze photos, so I wont with this one, it's a lot easier looking for clues in videos, a picture is worth a thousand words and videos have many.

The photo reminded me of lights on the edge of a huge craft so that's how I went about making the image above.

Aussies in search of the Moa

There's a couple of Aussie cryptozoologists coming down to new Zealand in November in search of the giant flightless native NZ bird the Moa.

May be of interest to some, if you want to read more here's the link, Australian researchers in search of moa.

I've never been to Fiordland but from what I've read it's a pretty big wilderness area, though it also attracts a lot of tourists.

Oklahoma Casino Bigfoot Footage Reconstruction

I remember reading about this ages ago and went on a frenzied search trying to track the video down online, but all paths led to the video either being destroyed or disappearing into bureaucracy.

It sounded like an amazing piece of footage judging from descriptions of people who knew people who had seen it (hmm). It was shot from a security cam overlooking a grease pit next to a Native American casino (I think it's this one) in Oklahoma. Apparently a research team was called in to investigate, news had leaked to the media at this time and the video disappeared, I don't think any one knows quite what happened to it, but most of the speculation centers around the two reasons previously mentioned.

It seems like the casino didn't want to draw any attention and cut everything off short and there's not a lot of info about the incident. Good on them i guess, but I sure would have loved to see that footage.

If the video looks anything like this computer generated reconstruction it really would have been amazing, though we'll probably never know.

Creation Stories

Just been doing a little reading on creation stories from various cultures and one thing really sticks out, most of them are all very similar and a lot are older than most of the mainstream beliefs of this day and age, which I find to be less shrouded in "golden turtle" metaphors.

The first major similarities start out with the earth being void of light and/or covered in water and in chaos, the earth and sky need to be separated and usually the gods/people of the sky come fourth and bring light upon the world , create the land and all things. The other story usually involves a golden egg that is split to form the sky, earth and all things, which I feel is kind of the same as the first story.

The second major similarity is that a lot of the human creation stories involve the gods forming people from mud and giving knowledge to them, it just seems to be a major motif throughout and the story is widely used throughout the world.

The third similarity is that of great floods, a lot of the time to wipe out the gods mistakes and to restart building human kind. Probably a great disaster that cycles back to the first similarity.

One last thing, there are plenty of giants throughout many of these creation stories.

I don't know what all this means all I can think of is that something happened many many years ago that has been lost in translation throughout the ages that has stayed with many cultures no matter where they travel.

I've known of these parallels for ages but this is the first time that I have actually done some proper research into confirming that these stories are very similar. My conclusion is that I'm never going to know for sure what our past truly holds, so why worry, but it sure makes for interesting reading.

Google Moon Prize

Fancy sending a robot to the moon, fancy $30 million in prizes to be the first to complete the tasks set forth.

Well Google's forking out 30 mill in cash in partnership with the X Prize Foundation to the first two groups who successfully sends a robot to the Moon which completes a few tasks.

Sounds pretty cool, but you gotta wonder how many, if any companies will take up this challenge, 30 mill doesn't sound like much of an incentive to start a project such as this from the ground up, Also what if a lot of groups take on the challenge, could be a lot more junk left on the Moon.

Anyway if you wanna get in on it you've got till 2012 before the prize gets reduced, me? I'm working on a top secret methane based propellant, I'd better start bottling it.

I know I need some cabinet hardware around my place, the handles seem to be falling off of everything. It's just so annoying when quickly trying to get out of the house and the handle comes out of the door, I just stand there for a moment saying to myself "Oh man..."

Usually takes about a minute to wiggle the handle back in and by that time I've missed my bus (don't have a car at the moment).

Maybe it's about time I got some new ones.

The Search for Planet X

Just finished watching a lecture by Jason Martell where he talks about Planet X and the Sumerian Culture and artifacts. I've never heard of him before and know pretty much know nothing about him, but he seems to have a few other videos.

I enjoyed it, got to learn a little more about the Sumerians which sparked a few more areas for me to research. I like the Sumerians, interesting stuff.

Planet X seems to be injected into anything I read these days, a lot of the time it hits ya out of the blue, I'll be reading a discussion wondering where someones rant is going, then bam PLANET X was their whole point. The discussions are pretty varied as well, the origins on people, the formation of the moon, human rise and fall revolution, even cross breading alien races with humans.

Ahh I don't know, but it's pretty crazy what these ancient folk got up to and as I read more about them, they're really not what I was expecting them to be.

Pareidolia Video

A while ago I made a post with some photos I took of my bathroom floor which had random looking faces in them, the phenomenon is called Pareidolia, I just found a video with some pretty cool images in it that gives a better idea of what pareidolia is.

The video below is targeted at theufokid, the kid has many videos on youtube and seems to have some what of a following. I've seen many of his videos which claim to be of aliens in the trees, in the garage etc and some of UFOs. I've never been able to make out anything in his videos and had the same thought as what the uploader of the video below is trying to get across.

I don't know if the kid is serious about his videos or if he's just pulling every ones legs, either way I know I'll still be seeing his vids around.

I'm guessing people may be getting sick of these computer generated UFO videos, I'm not I still enjoy them quite a lot, I have another reason for posting them though, the more of these types of videos that we see the more we should be able to recognise another Haiti incident. Though most UFO videos look nothing like these, what if a video does surface that is just as spectacular and is real?

When I think of a pearl necklace, Pirates of the Caribbean instantly comes to mind, nothing says pirate more than a pearl, that and gold.

Oh and eye patches and wooden legs and parrots... any how, it's hard to say what else comes to mind when I think pearls, I know my nan would probably love some for herself so maybe that would make a nice Christmas present.

Levitation from an African Shaman Caught on Video

It's been a slow few days, youtubes been playing up and I can't watch the newest of the new videos, it does that from time to time. So I think it's time to fall back on my bookmarked stuff.

This video shows an African Shaman getting ready for some levitation for the night ahead, the actually levitation is filmed from two different cameras in two positions.

It did look impressive at first, but then I realized it looked as if he was balancing on something that was in between his legs, the second camera man is filming from slightly behind and to the side of the Shaman, what bothers me though is that the camera man never gets a clear shot of the mans bum bum, it seems intentional to. But when the Shaman drops from levitation you really can't see anything from behind that could have been aiding him anyway, maybe a clever edit or something.

I don't know what this video is from, seems like a doco or something, wouldn't mind seeing the full video.

North Face jackets - SP

Seeing that winter is almost over down here, looking back on it I didn't really buy much winter clothing, it would have been nice to have a North Face jacket to keep me warm over the winter months, but hey there's always next year.

Moosejaw seem to offer a wide variety of outdoor adventure type clothing, now if I were a cliff climber I'd probably need some of that gear.

I am Iron Man... dodododododo

Just watched the trailer for the new Iron Man Movie starring Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark. Man the first half of the trailer was kick ass, kind of reminded me of Lord of War, the second half looked to much like the regular comic book movie thing. Just like Ghost Rider, enjoyed it, but it was crap.

Another trailer I just watched was for a movie named Dragon Wars, I remember seeing screens for this and it feels like ages ago since I did, lol, the effects look the same as back then. Looks interesting though and I do like the CG work, looks kind of stop motion like, old school in the new school styles. Oh and it's got that dude from Roswell in it.

Radar Detector - SP

I was wondering what a radar detector was when this assignment was presented to me, I clicked the link and immediately knew what it was.

Radar detectors are used by car enthusiasts to detect radar, who uses radar? officers of the law that is... you catching my drift? anyway with these devices you should be able detect if your speed is being monitored and if so it's time to double check that you are going the proper speed and adjust accordingly for the rest of your journey.

Young Free and Single

That's the problem with drinking these days, it takes me so dang long to recover, just don't have the motivation to do any posts. I should be back in the swing of things in a couple days, but by that time the weekend will be here again and I'll likely be back on the juice and I'll face the same problem as I am now.

It's a tough life being young, free and single I find I spend most of my time trying not to be any of those three things.

Anyway I've found a bunch of things I want to write about, so hopefully there will be a posting blitz here in the next few days.

I'm drunk now ask me anything

EDIT: I really need to make me a drunk rants blog or something.

Some of you may know that I get drunk quite a bit, well I am now, but not blacked out, so here we go, what did I do tonight? well I outlined a tattoo and watched married with children, a show I hadn't watched in about 10 years.

The Tattoo I outlined was a cover-up job of a home made job, it was a Rose with her children's names throughout.

At my age I should really have a family, a house and I should really be settling down, but at the age that I am I do have a lot of room to improve, I love old rock and right now "Sympathy for the devil" has just come on, probably my favorite song ever.

I do love the Paranormal and everything that is involved, but I am a hard person to get to know, online and in real life.

I'm in this online game to make money, but not all in it for that, at the moment I'm making about $200 or so U.S a week, just drop me a line and I'll help you out if you want to make a little extra on the side, yeeaaaaa "pass the dutchie" is on, that's my other song, even though I don't smoke it.

Anyway, when I am drunk I do let a lot of people in, but when I am sober people do find that I am different, just lead me and I will likely take up the challenge and follow, I am open to anything, all you have to do is ask, be direct with me and it will bring me out more, ask me for a favour and I will likely do it.

None of this blogging tipey toeing, if you ask I'll be there.

Can anyone shed anymore light on these ghostly photos

I was kindly sent the following photos from Sharon who has been having problems with here bedside lamp, as in it turns itself on at night, she thought it faulty so replaced it with another, same thing happened so yet again she got a replacement, three lamps and it still turns itself on, Sharon even employed the services of an electrician to check things out, but nothing seemed wrong.

So one night Sharon decided to take some photos, the light turned on, she sat up, turned it off and quickly took some snaps, she says that the room was pitch black while taking the photos, but the results certainly show something.

Sharon also mentioned that other strange things have happened at her home, such as items going missing, all of them hers.

Sharon used an Olympus Fe-210 digital camera to take the photos, the exif data indicates the exposure times were around the 4 second mark.

I checked over the photos but I'm not the best at analyzing this kind of thing, what I found interesting was that what ever it was, it's being either illuminated from beneath or casting light down, also in the first photo there seems to be two directions of movement which seems a little odd for it to be caused by motion blur.

I was wondering if anyone else could shed any more light about what may have caused these, so if anyone could provide an answer or more information for Sharon that would be awesome.

Triangle UFO over HOEILLART, BELGIUM

I don't know much about these two videos, everything the description points to is in French, the titles of the videos say they were filmed in Hoeillart, Belgium.

The videos show what looks like a triangular UFO over what looks like some light posts? at one point you see a car drive by, maybe giving a sense of scale. Not sure what to make of them, I'm finding it quite confusing to watch them.

Sooke Bigfoot Footage

Not much to say about this one, the description with it says it was filmed while on the way to work winter 2006, Sooke is in Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. The figure before the video freeze frames certainly looks big and burly, but it pauses at a point where you'd expect at least 5 more seconds of footage of the figure.

More manbird12000 UFO Creations

I posted one of Manbird's videos as a possible third Haiti video though he made it pretty clear in one of his youtube comments that he had made it, I wonder if he made the original Haiti?

I think his creations are quite beautiful, very professional and creative with a lovely feel to them.

Summers on its way down here, got the deck, got the view all I need now is some outdoor lighting for the late evenings.

The other night when I was out taking photos of the eclipse I was thinking that spring had come, a part from the cloud cover it was a pretty pleasant night, tonight however it's really cold so I guess I still have to wait for spring.

My Impressions of The Greatest Story Ever Denied

In my last post I mentioned UFO: The Greatest Story Ever Denied I went and watched it, it wasn't what I was expecting at all.

It goes into the history and theories about UFOs with some great footage, but for quite a lot of it it goes into cloak and dagger conspiracy stuff, more akin to Zeitgeist the movie, Nasa's airbrushing of photos, secret U.S government agencies, secret government plans, secret technologies etc, all of it pretty interesting. The movie's also largely based off of testimony from people who are part of The Disclosure Project. There are a lot of people interviewed throughout this movie and there is a lot of imagery, some of which I think are graphic representations and not of real evidence, kind of confusing at times.

Back to the conspiracy part of the movie, if what some of these people are saying is true then we already have the means to run this world on clean free energy. If you can imagine the technology, chances are we already have it. A plan to mislead, misinform the mass public, the first phase is over which was the cold war with Russia (not much happened there did it, just a bunch of scare tactics), the second and third phases deal with terrorism and the fourth and fifth deal with meteors and UFOs, all of which are to do with getting the space weapons industry going, which fuels the war machine so big business can get their ching ching.

I'm half asleep right now and most of this is reactionary, but it was well worth the watch, I'll probably buy it at some stage, I watched it on Google video and judging by the amount of views it has gotten, Jose Escamilla has probably missed out on a whole lot of cash, so I won't post the video here.

My lasting impression from the information in this film is that we probably live in a world that is controlled by a small group of people and what's scary is that it seems their only motivation is to put a little more cash in their pockets, but hey we can only be along for the ride can't we?

Interstellar The Movie

Just saw the trailer for Interstellar a movie by Jose Escamilla who also made UFO: The Greatest Story Ever Denied
. I haven't seen either movie in full, but from the looks of the Interstellar trailer it looks pretty interesting.

As far as I can gather the images captured were taken from a modified telescope with a special apparatus, which is able to capture images of supposed space crafts in our orbit and further away.

The images are pretty and interesting and some do look a lot like space ships, but the images look kind of like strange deep sea creatures as well.

You can view the full movie by purchasing an online rental, don't know how that works, but if anyone has seen it lets us know.
