Orlando - SP

Orlando vacations, well, that means theme parks doesn't it. I think I may have done a post like this one before, but I hadn't realized properly what was in Orlando. I haven't been to a theme park, in fact we only have one theme park in New Zealand and I don't think it's that good, oh, hold on I think we have a Sea World kind of one.

Sexy Swimwear - SP

What more can I say about sexy swimwear, it's something I've never needed, but I likey very much, I probably shouldn't wear any as it really wouldn't look right at all. I've never understood the concept, it's more or less running around in your underwear outside, but just because I don't understand the concept doesn't mean I don't like it.

Anyway, there's may brief view on swimwear, really makes no sense at all.

Travel Insurance - SP

Always seem to loose something while on holiday, so maybe travel insurance would be a good idea. There's also times when I don't feel comfortable with the security of certain hotels/motels that we stay at, the windows, doors etc don't always feel that solid. Other than I don't have any major vacation horror stories, here's hoping I won't have any in the future as well.

Detox your body - SP

Orovo detox combines multiple ingredients including superfoods that help to detoxify the body of toxins and poisons that have built up.

They say a major contributor to weight gain is the build up of toxins in the body, they say their product van help combat this and help one to loose weight.

I myself wouldn't know if this product would help detoxify the body, but it sounds pretty interesting anyway.

Ellipticals - SP

So that's what they call them, ellipticals, I always thought of them as walking machines or something.

Could be nice, low impact workout and all. I find them fairly hypnotizing, round and round they go, it's almost like your not exercising at all, though I'm sure that's not the case.

There's actually some pretty affordable equipment on that page, I thought they'd all be very expensive.

A good buy - SP

I have very little experience with buying stuff online, I know how to sell items through online shopping services though. Looking for the best buy could probably help, easy to cross check items from many source etc.

Well actually before I go to a shop and buy anything I always do my research first online, that way I know what I want and don't want upon entering a store.

Old and New Meet, what's up at paranormal Activities

Was just checking some stats and it was funny to see that MPL and Paranormal Activities are competing with each other for keywords lol.

Anyway, it feels like I've got my groove back, I'm starting to post more regularly again, I hope that continues.

Other than that I've been trying to get an integrated forum up and running over at PA, but for the now it's a little tricky for my understanding. I'm also slowly adding sections and features and organizing everything, also working on some graphics for the site.

I'd just like to remind everyone that I won't be posting to much to MPL from now on and if you want to follow me over to my new venture please do. You can subscribe to Paranormal Activities feed here. Also I'd just like to mention to all the bloggers and webmasters who visit MPL that you add your site/blog the PAs paranormal directory, you don't have to return the favor at all.

Well to finish off below are the latest blog entries over at Pa, just click on the thumbnail image to be taken over.

Cleansing - SP

I'm sure I've done one for a colon cleanser before, oh well. It's gotta be good to detox, but can it be done trough taking pills?

I guess if it had the right stuff in them it would work, but I have no experience detoxing at all, at best I retox every time I have a night on the booze.

Thought to get over my hangover I usually drink lots of water, sometimes with lemon in it, works pretty well. Another thing I do is to get active, go for a jog or something, seems to work to, though at first it be pretty painful.
