This video has been around for awhile and I'm not sure I've posted this before. I first saw it under the title "Possible Fallen Angel" but I now see it around as chupacabra caught on tape. So here's the second spooky Friday video. Watch out for crazy eyes at the end.

Yeah, right! I like how the entire clip has nothing on it till the last 2 seconds of "something/someone" crouched over and looking at the camera. Can you say HOAX!

Its not fake...human eyes dont reflect light they only glow in night vision and if you care to pause you can see theres something on his back coming out from around his shoulder blades. If it really was a person he probably wouldnt have run from them. it does look human though...
