My mum has always suffered from migraines, though in the past few years they haven't been as frequent, I don't know why this is, she had headache treatment in the past and most of the solutions included relieving stress and eating properly, trying to narrow down what could be triggering them, but without knowing what it was all me mum was left with were pain killers.
Though her diet has changed quite a bit in the past few years and that could be a factor, better variety of healthy cheap food these days I guess.
