UFO Video from Japan

No info apart from it being filmed from an airplane window in Japan. Looks good, what can you see that may stand out?

    I saw this one the other day, and my initial reaction was that it moved in a way that made me think it was on a string with a stick above the camera angle.

    It's not really long enough to tell, though, unfortunately.
