With the work I do in the kitchen I'm standing the majority of the time and at the end of the night my feet kill me. I'm not sure if it's Plantar Fasciitis, but all I know is that the more I work the worse they get.
A good break from work usually sets them right, but once I get going again, give it a couple weeks and they're back to their worse. I think maybe I'll get a sit down job next or hopefully blogging will start to pay off big time, yea right.
I had PF and it's easy to treat. Get rigid arch supports (rigid is the key) and take ibuprophen for several weeks until the major pain goes away. Then never go barefoot and wear the supports in every pair of shoes. You'll be all set!
