Tell you what, if you need that little incentive to lose a little extra weight maybe you could think about trying some weight loss pills. I mean they aren't any replacement for eating right and exercising, but they could give you that boost that you may need to get the ball rolling.
It's a tough one, every things got to be a little extra effort when carrying extra weight, like always carrying around a few sacks of potatoes, dare anyone to try that one out.
