Mates Have Cheap Car Insurance
Most of my mates have cheap car insurance, they're young and what not, so they can't really afford full coverage so they opt to cover the other person involved in any accident that may happen. Which is good, they usually have cheap cars anyway. If they have a good driving record and pass the age of 15, then they'll be able to get better insurance at a cheaper rate, until that time they're good.
