Diet Pill Side Effects

I've always wondered about the side effects of diet pills, there really has to be some kind of effect in order to loose weight. I have experience with a couple friends years ago who all used the same weight lose pills, they all had the same side effect, though the side effect was probably the main reason they lost all the weight they did, mainly it was just a few extra trips to the loo each day.
