O.K, so I'm not to sure what this extenze is, so give me a minute while I look it up... Ah, O.K that's what it is, lets just say it's supposed to help men feel more manly. I really don't know where to go with this, I can't really say I've ever really thought about using something like this myself, Austin Powers would probably pop into mind in that case.
