Creatine Muscles

I can't really say what creatine powders are, but I do know they have something to do with body building and seeing that I'm pumping iron at the moment maybe I should get some... I think I may just eat some more egg whites.

I remember a friend of mine, right into his weight lifting taking some, said it went straight to the muscle, repaired them faster than anything and meant he could lift more for longer periods of time.
