With any diet you need a good plan and a good way to start is by researching online, such as
nutrisystem reviews and asking the advice of those who know what it takes. I've said this many times, all it takes is a well balanced diet and exercise. At the moment I'm pumping some iron and holy cow does it feel good, each day it feels like I can go an extra couple sets more than I did the day before, it hurts and I love it.
