Being Buffed

When it comes to body building, protein from food alone just doesn't cut it, that's why you need extra muscle builders to help you along your way. I'd love to be a body builder, but I'm just way to lazy, lifting those weights just seems like way to much effort, though I do exercise regularly. Problem is I'm actually just trying to loose weight not build muscle and that's exactly what I seem to do, keep the weight and build muscle.
