Weight Loss and the Right Food

Move more, eat less and eat right if you want weight loss. Depending on exactly what you want you need the right nutrition for your body, for example, body builders need protein, without it they'll be fighting an up hill battle trying to get the body they want, it's the same if you want to just loose some pounds, eating the right food can help a lot, eat the wrong food and you'll be fighting the same battle a body builder will be without protein.

  1. Yeah not only that, you can eat the wrong food and still lose weight as long as you're watching your calories. However your body won't look good. You will look skinnny fat! Especially if you are female. Skinny with cellulite pockets. Eating right helps tighten you up.

  2. I have always been more than happy to accept and I even continue to pass along toys and clothes. Why should families continue to buy things while your friends and family are tossing out the very same things? And if there is no one I know who needs what I am trying to give away I give them to charity. Hopefully someone can get some use out of these still useful items.
