I don't really know
how to lose weight fast, but I have in the past successfully lost weight. Basically I cut bread, potatoes and pasta out of my diet, it was a low card diet, the kilos just melted away. I love that stuff to much so I ended eating them again, though in moderation, I ended up leveling out with the weight I lost and well, I know that if I want to loose more weight I just have to cut those things out again.
