Seeing the Country by Motor Home

I've had a dream for a long time now to see my country by way of motor home, I haven't worked towards it, seems like a nice thing to do once retired, which is a long time away. Hotels are expensive, this way your only paying for gas and maybe a motorhome repair or two. I have trvelled the country staying in cars, though cramped is a very freeing experience, doing it by motor homes would just complete the experience.
