Getting Fat
I'm not sure of the numia side effects to be careful of, apparently it can dehydrate you and make you use the bathroom more. I've never taken anything to for weight lose, though I know a few people who have and it worked wonders. I myself really need to get on top of my weight, I've got more than a few extra kilos to get rid of. I know how to burn that fat, I just have to start.
