What is a ph meter? I'm not entirely sure myself, so maybe I'll learn something today. As far as I can tell it is used for measuring the pH of liquids. Why is this useful? the best I can make out is the results determine the acidity or alkali properties of a liquid, a 7 is neutral, distilled water, anything below 7 is an acid and anything above 7 is an alkali.
I'm still not sure what's going on here, but I'm sure it will stick with me and I'll end up finding out more about it.
