Network Security

I'm trying to figure out exactly how to find ESET Endpoint Antivirus and what it actually is, I'm guessing that it has something to do with network security. I often wonder how secure the network is at work, because it really doesn't have anything protecting it apart from a free antivirus software, it should really have something a bit better than that.
