I'm always on the lookout
for omega 3 foods, they put it in the bread don't you know. Omega 3 is supposed to be good for the brain and that's why I keep an eye out for foods rich in it, I feel like I'm helping my brain out. I from time to time gorge myself on foods rich in it and I don't know if this is some kind of placebo effect, but I do feel smarter when I do.
Who knows what they actually put in foods these days?
