I don't know much about these two videos, everything the description points to is in French, the titles of the videos say they were filmed in Hoeillart, Belgium.

The videos show what looks like a triangular UFO over what looks like some light posts? at one point you see a car drive by, maybe giving a sense of scale. Not sure what to make of them, I'm finding it quite confusing to watch them.

I don't know if this will help.. but I think part of Belgium speaks French, and part of the country speaks Dutch. Someone on DailyMotion responded to a video I recently posted up from Sept 1 2007 (something I taped out of Portland, Oregon - havent a clue what it is) but he commented that it looks much like these other videos posted here on DailyMotion (a French owned online video site) which look like the Youtube vids:

Hard to tell how big the object is. There's the possibility it could be an R/C copter or something.
