Just stumbled across this, a little viewer interaction promo for Ghost Whisperer using youtube, CBS started the story off and people respond to that video with the next line in the story, so far though I don't think they've even gotten out of the kitchen.

Here's the CBS started video, great idea, could have awesome possibilities, though I enjoy Medium more than Ghost Whisperer, it's still a cool show, should really keep that quiet just in case CBS want to send me some promo gear, anyone else had Ghost Hunters wanting to send them DVDs and stuff? do they deliverer? still hesitant about giving my address out over emails.
