Not sure what language he description for this video is, the closest I could get to anything recognizable was German, though it still didn't make sense.

The video if real is remarkable, but it does remind me a whole lot of the Italian Air Force Video, you know the one that supposedly shows an advanced military vehicle. i wonder what conclusions were made of that one.
This one has the same kind of quality and feel, looks real enough, but feels setup.
Short and sweet though.
